Use your order number and billing email, or the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email, to check the latest shipment status.

Most orders ship from Istanbul after stock and quality confirmation. Tracking is sent after carrier collection.

Track your shipment

Enter your order details below. If you do not have a tracking number yet, use the order number and billing email from your confirmation email.

Order received: your order is in the system and waiting for preparation.
Processing: the order is being checked, packed, or prepared at the Istanbul warehouse.
Awaiting shipment: the parcel is packed and waiting for carrier pickup.
In transit: the parcel is moving between carrier facilities. Scans can pause for 24 to 72 hours during hub transfers or customs checks.
Out for delivery: the parcel is with the local courier for final delivery.
Delivered: check the proof of delivery and safe locations such as reception, a neighbor, or a pickup point when applicable.

If tracking has no movement for more than 3 to 4 business days after dispatch.
If the carrier marks the parcel delivered but you cannot locate it.
If your address needs correction before dispatch.
If a parcel arrives damaged or items appear missing. Report damage within 7 days and include photos of the parcel, packaging, and products.
