1. Track Your Order
- Tracking link by email: we send a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse. Didn’t get it? Check spam or search for “Validus Hair order”.
- From your account: go to My Account → Orders, open the order, and click Track.
- Guest checkout: use /track with your Order Number and billing email/phone.
- Carrier sites: you can also paste your code into the courier’s page (e.g., UPS). UPS codes often look like
1Zxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.
2. What the Status Means
- Label created / Pre-shipment: we generated a label and are preparing your parcel (typically ships within 24–48h on business days).
- In transit: the parcel is moving between courier facilities. It’s normal for scans to pause for 24–48h between hubs.
- Out for delivery: with your local courier today.
- Delivered: check the proof of delivery (POD). Some couriers may leave it with a neighbor/reception unless a signature is required.
- International hand-off: for some countries the shipment is handed to a local partner; tracking may show a new local number—we’ll add it to your tracking page when available.
3. No Updates? Need Help?
- No scan for 48–72h: this can happen between hubs or at customs. Keep an eye on the next update.
- Still no movement after 3–4 business days (or 24h after “Out for delivery”): contact us and we’ll open a trace with the carrier.
- Lost/damaged: report within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery). Please include photos of the box, inner packaging, and products.
- Address mistake: if the parcel hasn’t shipped yet, email us immediately with the correct address; after dispatch, changes must be requested via the carrier and aren’t always guaranteed.
- Signature required: high-value orders may need an adult signature. If you won’t be home, use the carrier’s delivery options (pickup point/locker, re-delivery).
