Delivery estimates are business-day estimates. Weekends, public holidays, customs inspections, remote-area handling, carrier disruptions, and incomplete address information can extend the final delivery date.
Shipping methods
At checkout, available shipping methods depend on destination country, carrier coverage, product type, parcel weight, and operational availability. The final delivery option shown at checkout is the controlling shipping option for that order.
UPS Standard
A tracked international option for most destinations. It is the default method used for eligible free shipping orders.
UPS Expedited
A faster tracked method for destinations where UPS Expedited service is available. A valid mobile number is required.
Ultra Express
Priority delivery using a faster UPS service where available. This option is calculated at checkout and may require signature on delivery.

Shipping prices are calculated by destination zone and selected method. Per-item fees are added because hair care products may require separate handling, protective packing, or carrier weight allocation. Final rates are confirmed at checkout before payment.

Example: a 3-item order to Europe by UPS Standard is calculated as $35 + ($7 x 3) = $56. Orders from $199 may qualify for free UPS Standard delivery in Türkiye, Europe, Americas, and Gulf & MENA before coupons or discounts are applied. Asia & Oceania and Rest of World are not eligible for free shipping.
Order processing and dispatch
Manual stock confirmation: every order is checked before dispatch. If an item must be sourced from a clinic, distributor, or supplier, preparation can take longer.
Processing window: most orders are prepared within 1 to 5 business days. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
No partial dispatch without approval: if an item is delayed or unavailable, we contact the customer before sending a partial shipment, replacement, alternative product, or refund.
Carrier handover: an order is considered dispatched when it is collected by UPS or handed to the confirmed carrier for the selected shipping method.
Tracking, customs, and delivery responsibilities
Tracking updates: customers receive tracking by email and, when available, by SMS after carrier collection. Some routes show limited movement for 2 to 5 business days while parcels move between hubs.
When to contact support: if the tracking page shows no movement for 7 to 15 business days, contact us so we can check the shipment with the carrier.
Customs duties and taxes: international shipments are delivered under Delivered Duty Unpaid terms unless checkout clearly states otherwise. Import duties, VAT, customs clearance charges, brokerage fees, and local taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
Customs delays: Validus Hair cannot control customs decisions, inspection times, import restrictions, local documentation requests, or tax collection by the destination country.
Unpaid customs charges: if a parcel is refused, returned, abandoned, or destroyed because local charges were not paid, shipping costs and carrier charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.
Packaging, address accuracy, and delivery restrictions
Protective packing: parcels are prepared with tamper-sealed outer packaging. Liquids are secured in protective bags where needed, and fragile glass products receive additional protection.
Address format: use a personal name, complete street address, building number, apartment or unit number, city, postal code, country, and a working mobile number. English characters are recommended for international routes.
Restricted addresses: we do not recommend PO Boxes, parcel lockers, forwarding addresses, or incomplete business addresses because carrier delivery and customs verification may fail.
Address changes: after dispatch, rerouting or correction is not guaranteed. Carrier fees, failed delivery, return charges, and reshipment costs caused by an incorrect address remain the customer’s responsibility.
Remote areas: some destinations may require remote-area surcharges or longer delivery time. If a surcharge is required after checkout, we contact the customer before dispatch.
Damaged, missing, or delayed parcels
Inspect the parcel on arrival: if outer packaging is visibly damaged, photograph the parcel before opening it and keep all packaging until support confirms the next step.
Report damage within 7 days: send order number, tracking number, photos of the parcel, photos of the product, and a short explanation to [email protected].
Missing items: report missing products within 7 days of delivery so we can compare packing records and carrier weight records.
Carrier investigations: replacement, refund, or claim outcomes may depend on carrier investigation results and the evidence provided by the customer.
Returns and related policies
Shipping rules work together with our Refund and Return Policy, Distance Sales Contract, Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy. Return eligibility, return shipping costs, hygiene restrictions, unopened product rules, and withdrawal rights are handled under those policies.
For hygiene and safety reasons, some products may not be eligible for return once opened, used, unsealed, damaged after delivery, or handled in a way that makes resale unsafe.
