Important shipping information
1. Order Processing
- Orders placed Mon–Fri usually dispatch within 1–2 business days (24–48 h).
- Same-day cut-off: 13:00 TRT. Orders after the cut-off on weekends/public holidays ship the next business day.
- If an item requires verification or is out of stock, we’ll email options (wait, swap, or refund).
2. Tracking
- Tracking is sent by email/SMS when your parcel ships (also in My Account → Orders).
- Carrier scans can pause for 24–48 h between hubs—this is normal.
- No movement after 7 business days on Priority/Ultra or 15 business days on Economy? Contact us and we’ll open a trace.
3. Packaging (Cosmetics)
- Items are tamper-sealed; liquids are double-bagged with leak protection and cushioning.
- Right-sized recyclable boxes; “fragile/liquid” labels where needed. Extra padding in warm seasons.
4. Coverage & Restrictions
- We ship worldwide to most countries. Available methods and rates are calculated automatically at checkout by destination and cart weight.
- Priority/Ultra: phone number required; PO Boxes aren’t eligible. Remote/island areas may incur a surcharge or longer transit times.
- If no method appears at checkout, try a different address or contact us for manual options. Addresses our carriers can’t serve may be cancelled and fully refunded.
5. Duties & Taxes (International)
- Shipments are usually DDU: duties, VAT, and brokerage (if any) are charged by your customs authority on delivery and are the customer’s responsibility.
- Customs processing can add a few days to delivery. We declare the paid merchandise value.
6. Problems with Delivery
- Damage/missing items: report within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery). Photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and items help us file a claim quickly.
- Address changes: possible before dispatch; after dispatch, changes must be requested via the carrier and aren’t guaranteed.
- High-value orders may require an adult signature on delivery.
7. Address Details (How to Enter)
- Use a personal full name (first & last). Orders are for personal use; do not enter a company name or VAT/Tax ID. We do not process B2B/commercial shipments.
- Street & number: put the house/building number on Address line 1. Use Address line 2 for apartment/suite/floor or “c/o” if needed.
- City · State/Province · Postal/ZIP: enter exactly as required for your country. Include the state/province where applicable.
- Phone (with country code) & email: required so the courier can contact you for delivery or customs.
- Characters: for international shipments, use English (Latin) letters to avoid label/transit delays.
- PO Boxes / lockers: not eligible for Priority or Ultra Express—please use a street address.
- Freight forwarders: shipments sent to forwarders are at the customer’s risk; our responsibility ends on delivery to the forwarder’s address.
