1. Scope & Definitions

These Terms govern your use of validushair.com and any purchases from Validus Hair, operated by ORİENTO TURİZM İÇ VE DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“we”, “us”, “our”). “Products and Services” include our physical goods (hair/skin/body care and accessories) and any support services we may provide (e.g., clinic guidance and travel coordination). The current version and date on this page are authoritative.

3. Eligibility & Account

  • You must be able to form a binding contract. Keep credentials confidential; you are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, abuse promotions, commit fraud, or violate law.

4. Product Information & Availability

  • We aim for accurate descriptions; minor packaging or shade variations may occur. Images are illustrative only.
  • We operate a hybrid fulfillment model: most orders ship from Istanbul; some SKUs may ship via authorized suppliers (we remain the seller of record).
  • If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we may cancel and refund you promptly.

5. Pricing, Taxes & Errors

  • Prices are shown at checkout and may change prior to order submission. Applicable taxes/fees are displayed where required.
  • We may decline orders with obvious pricing/stock errors and will refund any charged amounts.

6. Orders & Contract Formation

  • Your order is an offer to buy. Acceptance occurs when we send an order confirmation or dispatch the goods.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, risk concerns, or unavailability.

7. Payment (PayTR / iyzico)

  • Accepted methods are shown at checkout (cards via PayTR and/or iyzico, bank transfer/EFT, and—if offered—cash on delivery). 3-D Secure may be required.
  • We may authorize at checkout and capture on dispatch. We do not store full card numbers or CVV; processing occurs with our payment providers.
  • For security, we may decline a transaction or request ID/address verification for high-value orders.

8. Shipping & Delivery (incl. UPS)

  • Orders ship from Istanbul and/or authorized suppliers via contracted carriers (which may include UPS). Delivery times are estimates only.
  • Please inspect parcels on delivery and note visible damage with the courier. Lost/damaged-in-transit claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery for non-delivery).
  • For high-value shipments we may require adult signature and/or identity verification.

9. Customs, Duties & Import Fees

International shipments may incur customs duties/taxes, brokerage, and remote-area surcharges. Unless stated otherwise, these are the recipient’s responsibility.

10. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

Consumers generally have 14 days from delivery to withdraw without reason. See our Distance Sales Contract for process and exceptions (e.g., sealed health/hygiene goods once unsealed, bespoke items, inseparable mixing, instant services, dated services, and digital content begun with consent).

11. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Request an RMA and return address before sending items back. Items must be unused, complete, and in original packaging (reasonable evaluation excepted).
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Banks/issuers usually post card refunds within 3–14 business days after we submit them.
  • Sale/discounted items may be excluded from refunds if stated in our Refund & Return Policy.

12. Defects & Warranty

  • Statutory consumer rights apply. Please contact us promptly with order details and photos for defective or mis-described items.
  • Remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund in accordance with applicable law.

13. Health, Hygiene & Safety

  • For health and hygiene, opened/used cosmetics, items with broken seals, or goods that cannot be resold for sanitary reasons are not eligible for return except where defective.
  • Always patch-test and follow product labels. Our products are not medical devices or prescription drugs.

14. Promotions & Coupons

  • Promo codes must be used within their validity periods and have no cash value.
  • Unless stated otherwise, codes are non-transferable, limited to one per order and (where applicable) one per customer/household.
  • Codes generally cannot be applied to shipping fees, taxes, gift cards, or past orders; stacking is disabled unless expressly allowed.
  • Exclusions may apply (certain brands/collections or already-discounted items). Refunds on promotional orders are prorated.
  • We may cancel a promotion, refuse/redact a code, or void misuse (fraudulent accounts, bulk/automated redemptions, resale activity).

15. User Content (Reviews)

  • Reviews must be genuine, lawful, relevant, and respectful; no IP/privacy violations, spam, or medical claims.
  • By posting, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, and display your review in any media.
  • We may request proof of purchase and may moderate or remove content that breaches these Terms or law.
  • Disclose if you received a free product or incentive where required.

16. Prohibited Conduct

No illegal use, payment fraud, coupon abuse, scraping, reverse engineering, or interference with the site or services.

17. Warranties & Liability

  • Except as required by law, we provide the Services “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
  • Nothing limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or injury caused by willful misconduct.

18. Chargebacks

If you dispute a card transaction, we respond through the payment network with order/delivery evidence. While a dispute is pending, we may suspend return/warranty services for that order. If decided in our favor, we may recharge the amount or seek recovery by lawful means.

19. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, or network outages).

20. Intellectual Property

All site content (designs, logos, text, graphics, and product photography) is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our marks without permission.

21. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Subject to mandatory consumer venue rules, İstanbul courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction.
