These Terms & Conditions govern your use of validushair.com and purchases from Validus Hair. They explain how orders, payments, delivery, returns, promotions, reviews, and customer service are handled.

Validus Hair is operated by ORIENTO TURIZM IC VE DIS TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI. Please read these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy, Shipping & Delivery information, Distance Sales Contract, and the checkout terms shown before payment.

1. Scope and definitions

These terms apply when you browse validushair.com, create an account, place an order, use customer support, submit a review, or interact with Validus Hair services.

Products and services include physical goods such as cosmetic, hair-care, skin-care, supplement, tool, accessory, and bundle products, as well as any support services we may provide, including clinic guidance, travel coordination, or aftercare information where offered.

The version and date published on this page are the authoritative version unless mandatory consumer law grants stronger rights.

3. Eligibility and account

You must be able to form a binding contract under the law that applies to you. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.

We may suspend, restrict, or close accounts that breach these terms, abuse promotions, submit false information, commit fraud, interfere with the site, or violate applicable law.

4. Product information and availability

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, sizes, ingredients, usage notes, stock information, and availability. Minor packaging, label, batch, shade, or presentation differences may occur. Images are illustrative and screen settings may affect colour display.

Cosmetic and wellness products are not medical treatments, prescription medicines, or medical devices unless expressly stated by the manufacturer and permitted by law. Always follow the product label and professional advice where relevant.

We may use a hybrid fulfilment model. Most orders ship from Istanbul, while some items may be supplied through authorized partners. We remain responsible for the sale unless checkout clearly states otherwise. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we may cancel the affected item and refund the amount paid.

5. Pricing, taxes, and errors

Prices, shipping costs, discounts, and taxes are shown during checkout before payment and may change before an order is submitted. Currency display may depend on country, language, payment provider, or multi-currency settings.

We may correct obvious pricing, stock, product, tax, or technical errors. If an order was placed because of an obvious error, we may decline or cancel it and refund any charged amount.

Discounts and promotions are applied only according to their stated rules and may not combine unless expressly allowed.

6. Orders and contract formation

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept the order when we send an order confirmation, dispatch the goods, or otherwise confirm acceptance.

We may refuse, cancel, or hold an order for suspected fraud, payment failure, unavailable stock, incorrect customer information, high-risk delivery, abusive behaviour, legal restrictions, or other legitimate business reasons. If we cancel an order after payment, we refund the amount due to the original payment method where possible.

7. Payment

Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout and may include card payments through PayTR and/or iyzico, bank transfer or EFT, and other methods if offered in your region.

3-D Secure, Strong Customer Authentication, anti-fraud checks, ID verification, address verification, or additional confirmation may be required by the payment provider, bank, or our team. We do not store full card numbers or CVV codes. Payment processing is handled securely by our payment partners.

For security, we may decline a transaction, delay dispatch, or request verification for high-value, unusual, or risk-flagged orders.

8. Shipping and delivery

Orders ship from Istanbul and/or authorized suppliers through contracted carriers, which may include UPS or other logistics partners. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, unless checkout clearly states a guaranteed service.

Please inspect parcels at delivery. If visible damage exists, note it with the courier where possible and contact us quickly with photos. Lost, damaged, or delayed shipment claims should be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery, or the expected delivery date for non-delivery.

For high-value shipments, we may require adult signature, identity verification, additional address checks, or secure delivery instructions.

9. Customs, duties, and import fees

International shipments may incur customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage charges, remote-area surcharges, or local handling fees. Unless checkout states otherwise, these costs are the recipient’s responsibility.

We cannot control customs decisions, inspection times, local restrictions, or fees charged by authorities or carriers. Refused, unclaimed, or returned parcels may be refunded only according to our Refund & Return Policy after deducting applicable shipping, return, carrier, customs, or handling costs where lawful.

10. Right of withdrawal for consumers

Consumers generally have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from a distance sale without giving a reason, subject to applicable law and the exceptions described in our Distance Sales Contract and Refund & Return Policy.

Exceptions may include sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, customized or personalized items, goods that have become inseparably mixed, services fully performed with consent, dated services, and digital content begun with consent where applicable.

11. Returns, exchanges, and refunds

Before returning any item, request approval and return instructions. Items must normally be unused, complete, and in original sealed packaging, with reasonable evaluation allowed only as required by consumer law.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection unless we agree otherwise. Bank and card issuer processing time is separate from our processing time. Sale, discounted, personalized, opened, used, or hygiene-sensitive items may be excluded from return where allowed by law and stated in the relevant policy.

12. Defects and warranty

Mandatory statutory consumer rights apply. If an item is defective, damaged in transit, expired, missing, or not as described, contact us promptly with your order number, photos, and a clear explanation.

Depending on the issue and applicable law, remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction, partial refund, full refund, or another lawful solution. We may ask you to return the affected item or provide additional evidence before completing the remedy.

13. Health, hygiene, and safety

For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetics, products with broken seals, and goods that cannot be resold safely may not be returnable except where defective or where mandatory law requires otherwise.

Always patch-test products where appropriate, follow labels and instructions, and stop use if irritation or an unexpected reaction occurs. Product information is not a substitute for medical advice from a qualified professional.

14. Promotions and coupons

Promotional codes, automatic discounts, bundles, free gifts, loyalty offers, and coupons must be used within their validity period and have no cash value. Unless stated otherwise, they are non-transferable, limited to one per order and, where applicable, one per customer or household.

Codes usually cannot be applied to shipping fees, taxes, gift cards, past orders, or already-discounted products unless expressly allowed. Exclusions may apply to certain brands, categories, or collections. Refunds on promotional orders may be prorated.

We may modify, cancel, refuse, redact, or void a promotion in cases of fraud, abuse, automated redemption, resale activity, bulk account creation, technical error, or violation of stated rules.

15. User content and reviews

Reviews, comments, photos, ratings, and other user content must be genuine, lawful, relevant, respectful, and based on real experience. Do not submit spam, false claims, offensive content, privacy violations, intellectual property violations, or unsupported medical claims.

By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt, translate, publish, and display the content in connection with Validus Hair, subject to applicable law. We may request proof of purchase and may moderate or remove content that breaches these terms or legal requirements.

If you received a free product, discount, incentive, or other benefit connected to a review, disclose it where required.

16. Prohibited conduct

You must not use the website for illegal activity, payment fraud, identity misuse, coupon abuse, scraping, automated purchasing, resale abuse, reverse engineering, security testing without permission, malware, interference with website operation, or attempts to bypass access controls.

We may block access, cancel orders, suspend accounts, remove content, refuse service, or report activity to payment providers or authorities where necessary.

17. Warranties and liability

Except as required by law, the website and services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every product will remain available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including lost profit, lost opportunity, carrier delays outside our control, customs decisions, incorrect address information entered by the customer, or misuse of products.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by unlawful conduct, or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

18. Chargebacks and payment disputes

If you dispute a card transaction, we may respond through the payment network with order, payment, delivery, communication, and tracking evidence.

While a dispute is pending, we may suspend return, warranty, or refund handling for that order where lawful. If the dispute is resolved in our favour, we may recharge the amount, recover unpaid balances, or take other lawful steps.

19. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays, non-performance, or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control. This may include natural disasters, war, civil unrest, strikes, epidemics, public authority actions, customs disruption, carrier failure, payment network outages, internet failures, cyber incidents, or supply-chain disruption.

We will try to minimise disruption and communicate practical options where possible.

20. Intellectual property

All site content, including logos, designs, text, product photography, graphics, layout, icons, trademarks, and brand assets, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, scrape, frame, modify, or use our marks or content without written permission, except where allowed by law for personal, non-commercial use.

21. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.

Subject to mandatory consumer venue rules, İstanbul courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction over disputes. Before filing a dispute, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue directly.
