Validus Hair accepts major credit cards, supported European bank-payment methods, and iyzico checkout where available. The exact options shown at checkout depend on billing country, payment-provider availability, and bank approval.

Every payment step is designed to protect card, bank, and personal data from checkout to confirmation.

Secure payment methods

  • Credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted through the secure payment gateway where supported.
  • iyzico Secure: card payments are processed through iyzico, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment provider with fraud-prevention controls.
  • 256-bit SSL encryption: Validus Hair pages are served over HTTPS to help keep personal and payment data private.

Supported European payment options

Depending on your billing country and provider availability, checkout may show additional methods such as iDEAL, SOFORT, Giropay, or Pay with iyzico.

  • iDEAL: direct bank payment for eligible customers in the Netherlands.
  • SOFORT: bank transfer option for supported European countries.
  • Giropay: online banking payment for eligible German bank accounts.
  • Pay with iyzico: a faster iyzico checkout option for customers with a supported iyzico account.

Available methods are confirmed at checkout. If a method is not shown, it is not available for that order or billing country.

Checkout process

  1. Browse and add to cart: choose your products and quantities. Product prices are shown before shipping.
  2. Choose payment method: enter shipping and billing details, then select one of the available payment options.
  3. Order confirmed: after approval, you receive an order confirmation by email. Tracking details follow when the parcel ships from Istanbul.

Payment FAQ

Can I pay with PayPal?

PayPal is not currently offered. Validus Hair accepts cards and the supported payment options shown at checkout.

Is it safe to enter card or bank details?

Yes. Payments are processed through secure providers such as iyzico. Validus Hair does not store your full card number.

Why was my payment declined?

Common reasons include insufficient funds, expired card, incorrect bank verification, regional restrictions, or bank security checks on international transactions.

Do you charge in USD or local currency?

Prices may be displayed in USD. Your bank or payment provider may convert the amount to your local currency and may apply exchange or international transaction fees.
