General Shipping Information

Domestic Shipping: For orders within Turkey, your shipment will be handled by either PTT, Yurtiçi, or our carrier, ensuring reliable and timely delivery to your designated address.

International Shipping: International orders will be dispatched through one of our contracted carriers, UPS. Please be aware that standard shipping rates apply, and additional fees may be incurred for specialized services such as the delivery of perishable items or oversized goods.

Order Processing and Withdrawal: If, for any reason, we are unable to deliver the ordered items, we reserve the right to withdraw from the order. In such cases, immediate communication will be initiated to inform the customer of the situation.

Warehouse Operations: Our packages are dispatched from our warehouse in Turkey. It’s important to note that our Customer Support Team is unavailable on Turkey’s public holidays, and neither order processing nor package dispatch occurs on these days.

Order Confirmation and Tracking: Upon successful order placement, you will promptly receive a confirmation via email. On the evening of the dispatch day, a follow-up email will be sent containing your personal tracking number. This enables you to track your parcel, with the estimated delivery date displayed alongside the tracking number.

Tracking Updates: Depending on your chosen shipping option, the parcel tracking data provided in emails may not immediately reflect the latest status. Please be aware that updates can take up to 48 hours.

Delivery Delays: While our delivery services strive for prompt service, occasional delays may occur due to factors such as weather or traffic conditions. We appreciate your understanding in such situations, and our team is committed to minimizing any disruptions to the best of our ability.

  • Parcel Delivery Service in Istanbul: Same Day Delivery:

At our parcel delivery service in Istanbul, we are committed to providing a seamless and efficient experience for our customers. Our focus is on delivering parcels promptly, ensuring same-day delivery for heightened convenience.

It’s important to note that our enhanced cost-effectiveness is particularly pronounced for orders above $250. This ensures that our valuable customers enjoy even more significant benefits when opting for our delivery service for higher-value items.       3. Delivery to Your Address or Hotel: Whether it’s your residence or hotel in Istanbul, we deliver parcels directly to your specified address. Convenience is our priority, and we want to ensure that your parcels reach you wherever you are.

  • Free Shipping:

We offer you a unique opportunity to get your product without paying any additional shipping fees when you purchase a total value of more than $199 and do not apply any discount coupons. Unfortunately, some countries cannot benefit from “free shipping” regardless of the total order amount due to their high shipping costs, such as Morocco, Bahrain, India, Oman, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, the Dominican Republic, Martinique, Mexico, Somalia, Croatia, and Australia. We will try harder to make these countries available for free shipping opportunities in the near future.

  • Normal Shipping:

The estimated delivery time is between 6 and 10 working days (not including the holidays). After the first delivery attempt, your parcel will be left at the nearest access point. Here is a table showing the prices according to the weight class and the destination.

    • Important Note:
      • Unfortunately, some countries are not included in our shipping methods due to different reasons, like:
        • The current conflict is between Russia and Ukraine.
        • Customs clearance intricacies are an issue in Spain.
      • We hope that we can resume shipping soon, and we apologize for any inconvenience.
  • Urgent Shipping:

With our logistics partners, we offer you, in addition to standard shipping methods, urgent delivery. You will find the Express order option on the shopping cart page; here you will be presented with this option.

Unfortunately, this service is not available in all countries and depends on the delivery location. The extra cost of express delivery includes two options:

    • UPS Worldwide Express Saver®: Delivery for 215 countries. Delivery in three business days by the end of the day to most countries in the world. If a delivery attempt is made, your package will be left at the nearest access point. Delivery costs start at $80 per order, determined by the product weight class as well as the size.
    • UPS Worldwide Express Plus®: Delivery for 60 countries. Delivery in the early morning to most countries in the world. Up to three delivery attempts will be made, and then your package will be left at the nearest access point. Delivery costs start at $110 per order, determined by the product weight class as well as the size.

Brokerage Fees:
Brokerage fees represent service charges imposed by customs brokers, who play a crucial role in aiding the importer through the customs clearance process. These professionals possess expertise in navigating the intricate landscape of customs regulations and paperwork, ensuring a smooth clearance of shipments. The brokerage fee covers an array of services, including documentation preparation, communication with customs authorities, and facilitation of compliance with import regulations. Importers often depend on customs brokers to streamline the complexities associated with customs clearance and expedite the shipping process.

In our commitment to customer satisfaction, we provide all necessary documents for customs clearance. The recipient incurs customs clearance costs, which can be paid either electronically or upon delivery. contingent upon factors such as shipment size, sales price, and the destination country. It’s important to note that we are not responsible for any customs clearance or brokerage fees, and it is the recipient’s responsibility to bear these charges, with no entitlement to reimbursement. Consequently, buyers do not have the right to cancel orders due to customs clearance expenses.

Processing hundreds of thousands of international parcels daily, UPS’s customs brokerage services offer advantages such as electronic customs clearance initiated during the shipment’s transit, expert brokers ensuring accurate tax and fee classification, advanced online tracking for monitoring shipments, and the capability to handle goods requiring special customs processing with minimal or no additional fees.
